Refund policy

All our products are made to order, thoroughly inspected and carefully packed for you. Thus, we have a No Return policy. we don’t provide return/ refund on any product once sold.

    • All custom-made orders are non-returnable
    • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
    • Our detailed size chart on each product page can able you to make a purchase of the appropriate size
    • Any outfits purchased during sale, discounts, brought with a coupon code are non-refundable, non-exchangeable
    • Exchange / return not accepted if customer doesn’t like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest the customer to read product description and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. Slight colour variation will be there due to camera resolution and lights

    Refunds will be done in the following below cases:

    • Package lost in transit
    • In case of damaged or wrong product (please share a clear photo and unboxing video as soon as you receive a package. this information will be deemed invalid if it is sent after 48 hours of delivery

    Exchange Requests:

    Your order is eligible for exchange in the following conditions

    • You received a damaged or wrong product (we will initiate reverse pickup in this case
    • The size of the product does not match with the ordered item size chart/ custom measurements you shared by you

    Exchange Procedure:

    Provide the following details:

    1.     Order Number

    2.     Reason for return

    3.     Photos (if applicable) showing any defects or issues

    We will reach out to you for exchange procedures & options. Please ensure that the product is unused and packaged along with original tags/ labels.

    Return Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part

    Inspection and Approval:

    Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. After approval, we will process the refund

    Refund Procedure:

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
